Chef Chris DiNunno

La Fiorentina’s kitchen is skillfully managed by head chef Chris DiNunno. His many years in the culinary business, as both a chef and proprietor, culminate in dishes artfully prepared to excite all the senses and leave patrons wanting to return for more.

Joe LeClair

Joe developed his passion for food, fine wine, and gracious hospitality while working at the Ritz Carlton in Boston. He played an integral part in defining the ambiance of our casually elegant dining room and procuring its decor. Most evenings, Joe can be found greeting guests in his own inimitable style and guiding them to their seats in the dining room. He puts his talents as an amateur sommelier to work by ensuring the wine cellar is always well stocked to cater to all tastes.
